Epsilon Sells Cataleya to Former CEO Andreas Hipp

Epsilon Telecommunications has made an inorganic move of the separation variety.  They are selling Cataleya to a familiar face.  Former Cataleya founder and CEO Andreas Hipp, who led Epsilon itself for more than a decade up until October of 2015, is leading a joint management group in purchasing the division and will again take the CEO role. Zayo Found Some Growth in Fiscal Q2, Expanded EBITDA

Zayo Plans Another Longhaul Route, This Time In the Pacific Northwest

With CenturyLink in the Wings, Level 3 Finishes Off 2016

With the CenturyLink/Level 3 deal still in process, there are still earnings reports to keep an eye on.  This afternoon, Level 3 posted its numbers for the fourth quarter of 2016, showing relatively stable results relative to the third quarter.  Relative to analyst estimates, Q4 revenue came in light at $2.032B while earnings per share of $0.70 was above expectations.
