Supposedly competing in the process are Zayo Group (backed by EQT and DigitalBridge) and TPG, and the price tag attached to the rumor is in the $10B neighborhood. In Appdome’s 2024 Mobile Consumer Security Survey, 58% of consumers named mobile fraud their primary worry today, especially with AI-based scams on the rise.
