A collection of data center assets is changing hands this week. ColoHouse has announced an inorganic move to acquire Quonix, expanding its footprint with three new locations in three separate markets.
Quonix and its subsidiaries operate three data centers. Quonix is based in Philadelphia, Data102 in Colorado Springs, and Turnkey Internet near Albany, NY. The three will contribute 300 colo customers plus another 1500 that leverage Turnkey Internet’s bare metal services.
Each of these markets is new to ColoHouse, which already has facilities in Dallas, New York, Miami, Phoenix, and The Hague. ColoHouse has been jointly owned by Valterra Partners and 1547 Critical Systems Realty since this past summer, and also recently did a deal to acquire Lume Cloud.
