Expereo Buys Globalinternet

October 7th, 2020 by · Leave a Comment

There has been a bit of interesting M&A in the managed services world. Amsterdam-based Expereo has announced the acquisition of Globalinternet.

Globalinternet focuses on managed internet access, leveraging the assets of last mile providers to connect businesses, carriers, and managed service providers. Those capabilities will help Expereo extend its managed network solutions and cloud connectivity options to a wider audience.

It’s Expereo’s second purchase of the year, following their purchase of the connectivity intelligence platform Comsave. Expereo was bought by APAX Partners a couple years ago, and has been aggressively moving to expand its capabilities and reach.

Financial terms for the Globalinternet deal were not disclosed.
