Charter Shuts Down Softbank’s Latest Idea

Verizon Contemplating WOW’s Chicago Fiber?

Mitel Finally Gets ShoreTel

A couple years after an unsuccessful bid to acquire ShoreTel, Mitel has apparently now succeeded.  The Canadian-based business voice provider has entered into a definitive merger agreement to acquire ShoreTel for $7.50 per share, which is a 28% premium to yesterday’s closing price. [Read more →]

Crown Castle to Acquire Lightower

Reports: Crown Castle Makes Its Bid for Lightower

One of this summer’s bigger infrastructure rumors is getting closer to reality. A Reuters report on Friday says that Crown Castle has indeed made a bid for Lightower Fiber Networks.
