From what I’ve seen, valuations on profitable fiber companies have increased. But it still comes back to the bottom line – if there isn’t one, then there isn’t much to discuss.
There is a lot of unused fiber out there. There isn’t a lot of available fiber where it is and it isn’t in a lot of places.
