November took up where October left off, and we now have seven listings on the Ramblings Jobs Board with a new posting from Southern Telecom.
Southern Telecom is looking for a Business Development Manager down in Atlanta, Georgia, responsible for aggressively generating, evaluating, negotiating and fostering strategic relationships and agreements and such. Southern Telecom is the metro and regional dark fiber arm of the energy utility Southern Company.
Zayo is still looking for a Transaction Tax Manager in Louisville, Colorado. The role will be responsible for ensuring compliance with transaction taxes across all Zayo companies for federal, state and local and international jurisdictions.
Walker and Associates is looking for a Regional Account Manager in Moose Territory. Yes Moose Territory, which for Walker is the states of Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Washington and Wyoming but being based out of Seattle or Portland is preferred. Walker distributes network products and services to operators of all types.
Logix Communications still has tw0 openings listed. They’re looking for an Account Relations Manager in San Antonio to help with revenue growth from their existing base. And they’re looking for B2B Account Managers in all four cities of the Texas Triangle (Dallas, Austin, San Antonio, and Houston) as well as further to the north in Oklahoma City.
Meanwhile, Lightower is also still seeking talent at both the optical and packet layers of its network. They’re looking for an Optical Architect and a Principal Network Architect on their east coast footprint (Virginia, New York, or Massachusetts). Lightower has been fairly quiet since the Sidera merger, but the integration should be well along by now I’d think.
